We exclusively use SportMaster Sport Surfaces which provides “Tournament-Quality Sport Surfacing and Repair Products” and they stand behind their products. We have had their manufacturer representative provide us with hands on training to become an authorized installer of their products. They offer a large array of color options with their products which allows us to offer custom graphics and custom colors to each court surfaces we design and install.
Court Surfaces
Our products are 100% acrylic based. This means our products are environmentally friendly without sacrificing longevity and quality. We add a significant amount of silica sand to the base and color coats to provide better adhesion, to stay within a certain hardness on the playing surface, and to increase the longevity and wear of the surface coatings.
Courts are constructed out of concrete or asphalt. Before applying our product, the concrete must have cured for 30 days, and both the asphalt and concrete must have a vapor barrier. This will minimize the amount of moisture that will come up through the concrete and asphalt, causing a weakened bond between the concrete or asphalt and the court surfacing product.
The courts’ surfaces will last approximately 4-6 years between coatings. We do offer a clear coat option that will add UV resistance and increase the longevity of the playing surface if maintained and applied regularly.
Our Design & Install Process
With years of experience installing court surfaces across the Northern Utah area, we have perfected our design and installation process. We begin our court surfacing process with an on-site inspection to ensure the surface is ready for the surfacing material. From there, we’ll sit down with you to do a consultation.
At this point, you can talk about the court colors you like and the court layout you need. Based on everything we discuss, we will create a proposal for your court surface. After this proposal, we begin the court surface installation process. Through our tried-and-true surfacing process, we can create the perfect court for your home or community.
